As a native of Grass Valley and a graduate of Nevada Union High School, Garson’s heart has always been in the foothills. After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from CSU, Chico, he spent years in the greater Sacramento area working in the construction and engineering world before realizing his true passion: helping families and business owners navigate the complexities of financial stewardship with clarity and purpose. Garson has been helping guide clients towards their financial goals since he began his career as a financial advisor in 2023 for Edward Jones in Roseville, CA. Today, he’s back home serving the Grass Valley area as a member Zion Capital.
The "details matter" mindset instilled during his engineering days now serves as the foundation of his financial practice. Garson brings that same analytical rigor and "measure twice, cut once" philosophy to every portfolio, seeking to ensure that each client has a personalized strategy built to last ten, twenty, and thirty years into the future. The absolute greatest joy in Garson’s life is his college sweetheart and wife, whom he married in 2020, and their three beautiful children: Wrenley (5), Holden (3), and baby Braelynn! For the Graham household, family and community are the ultimate priorities.
When he isn’t in the office at Zion Capital, you’re most likely to find him embracing the best of Northern California life—whether he’s snowboarding in the Sierras, golfing at the local courses, playing softball at Memorial Park, soccer at Samba Soccer, or enjoying a summer afternoon at the local lakes and rivers with his kids. Known for his active spirit and love for a good challenge, Garson brings a competitive drive and a listener’s heart to everything he does, dedicated to serving the community that raised him.
